Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Single Session (£120)
To cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours notice by email. The 48-hour window begins from the time your payment is received (UK local time).
With 48+ hours notice: A full refund is available upon request, or the session can be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time.
With less than 48 hours notice: No refund will be provided. The session may be rescheduled subject to availability.
No-shows are treated as a late cancellation - no refund, rescheduling available.
Rescheduling limit: A single session may be rescheduled a maximum of 3 times. After 3 reschedules, the session will be forfeited without refund.
Exceptions may be made at my discretion in cases of genuine emergency such as serious illness or a family crisis.
Late Attendance
If you are late to join a call, the call will continue for the remaining booked time and will not be extended past the originally agreed time slot, unless there are exceptional circumstances or if I have time available afterwards.
It would be unfair to other clients if delayed calls caused theirs to also become delayed. Depending on how late you may be, the call may be rescheduled and no refund is available. Therefore, extending the time slot is made at my discretion.
Privacy and Data Protection
Session Notes During our coaching sessions, I may take notes to:
Track your progress and goals
Ensure continuity between sessions
Provide effective, personalised coaching
Data Storage Your session notes and personal information will be:
Stored securely on encrypted cloud services (Google Drive)
Accessible only by me
Protected by password and security measures
Never shared with third parties without your explicit consent (except where legally required)
Data Retention
Session notes will be retained for 6 months after your last session
After 6 months, notes will be automatically deleted unless you request I keep them for future reference
You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting me
Your Data Rights Under data protection laws, you have the right to:
Access your session notes
Request corrections to inaccurate information
Request deletion of your data
Note: I may retain certain records for up to 12 months if necessary for:
Resolving disputes or complaints
Legal or regulatory requirements
Protecting against liability claims
If you request deletion, I will comply within 30 days unless there is a legitimate reason to retain the information (which I will explain to you).
